The challenge
With hundreds of reps visiting tens of thousands of outlets, store visit photos pile up far faster than anyone can review them. Problems on the shelf go unnoticed if nobody has time to look.
What we built
We built an outlet visit app that guides reps through each visit and captures shelf photos. AI image recognition reads every photo and counts the product, and the results flow into an admin portal and dashboard reports, so managers can focus on the outlets that need attention.
